VirusMVP
VirusMVP is an interactive heatmap-centric app that integrates viral genomic mutations, lineage information and curated functional impact to study the spread and evolution of viruses in Canada and globally.
VirusMVP currently supports analysis and visualization of SARS-CoV-2, hmpxv1 & Influenza viruses (under active development)
VirusMVP is based on three standalone components that can be run independently to analyze, annotate, or visualize viral genomics data. However, when combined together, VirusMVP provides an integrated exploratory tool that can be used for teasing out the information.
